Step 1
If you'd like to try before you buy, we have a full

Design) and explore the full functionality of FX Alumni. Login

Step 2
Once you have decided that FX Alumni is the right solution for
you, please contact us to discuss customisation, terms and
conditions and pricing.
We'll send you out a form requesting all the details that we need
to create your new site.
Step 3
We will need four or more pictures to start off your photo gallery.
We'll also need an image of your crest or logo, and some images
with which to create the banner at the top of each page. The first
year's fee is also needed at this point.
Step 4
Once we have all these items, your site will be created within 5
working days. At this point, it is fully opeational and your
alumni can begin registering. Of course, you can choose to promote
the site to them whenever you choose.
You ought to gather contents like news, features, and pictures
during the set-up period.
Step 5
Log in to your new Control Centre for the first time and upload
your news items, features and pictures. Customise the automated
email responses that will be generated when you moderate content
from the alumni. You can come back to the Control Centre and
update these items as often
as you
like.
While you are there, you can begin to check for newly registered
alumni that are awaiting your moderation.
Your site is now customised and fully operational. All that's
needed is to promote the new site to your alumni.
